The firm comprises Bryan Curel and Christine Beddoes.  

Bryan spent some years in private practice before moving in-house to specialise in small/medium–ticket asset finance. Until joining CBYsolicitors, Christine had spent all all her career in-house in the asset finance sector. Bryan and Christine started working together at Kleinwort Benson (which later became part of the Dresdner Group). Bryan was the head of the legal team that supported the leasing business.    

Having been regular purchasers of external legal resource whilst in-house, Bryan and Christine understand how important it is to manage legal costs.  Charges for individual matters can be capped. Preferential rates can apply for clients wishing to acquire services on payment of a retainer. 

Bryan and Christine have more than 40 years experience in the asset finance business and all of the work will be undertaken by Bryan or Christine .
